If you spot an error, an outdated value, a broken source link or wording that could mislead a reader, tell us.
High-stakes corrections should be reviewed before ordinary copy updates because care, funding, benefits and safety information can affect decisions.
Use the form with the page URL, the issue and the source that supports the correction if you have one.
What to include
- The page URL.
- The exact wording or value that seems wrong.
- The official source or evidence if available.
- Whether the issue could affect safety, funding, benefits or legal capacity.
